        Having used this particular branch for 17 years and several cars I have today decided that I will not be going back. They booked me in for an MOT for 9:30am, sent me a reminder for 8:15am. I confirmed the time. When I arrived at 9:30am they told me it was for 9:20am. Nothing they can do, have to rebook for another day. It was done with such computer says no approach. The guy assumed to try and book another day without even looking at the issue. I knew the time they had was incorrect due to having written it down. The team has changed at this branch and it seemed unfriendly, uncomfortable and unhelpful. Will be taking my vehicles elsewhere from today. I leave two stars simply for the previous team. Services: Wheel alignment, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change, Vehicle safety inspection, Tires, Brake service & repair, Battery, Brakes

        I had my car booked in for a MOT at 830am. I received a call at 829 and called them back at 832 as I was in the car on my way literally 30 seconds away and the guy on the phone said theyll have to change my day as the next MOT is due in and they wont have time as the car should be on the ramp at 830. RUBBISH! So I requested a refund and the MOT cancelled. The site does not state that the car is due on the ramp at 830. Ive previously done my MOT and other services at this garage since moving to the city and I have NEVER got my car back within a couple hours. The last time I had to pay 35 for wipers or else they would fail it. Other garages do an MOT within an hr. The garage has gone down and I will never use this particular garage again. Extremely poor customer services. No way to treat returning customers. I do not recommend this garage they are disingenuous.

        Phone kept on ringing in front of me for 30minutes and didnt bothered to pick up. my card payment was not authorised by some reason on the card payment machine and started talking to me badly cause I touched the card machine.
