        I agree with the positive comments left before me. This place is a gem. Great classes, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. If you want to get fitter in a fun and lively environment I would highly recommend giving them a try. They have a great variety of classes, great studio and great instructors that help you push you as far as you can go. Give it a go!

        Ive always been into the gym/weights, but after finding BOx Id never go anywhere else. Great classes, all different, they test & push your limits. Definitely recommend
