Absolutely amazing, from measuring, to guidance, to choosing fabric, to fitting, I wouldn't shop anywhere else, lovely curtains would definitely recommend.

We had five Roman blinds fitted in the up stairs of our house. Fantastic quality, excellent service from measuring, choosing fabric to fitting. So pleased with the binds, looking forward to choosing for the downstairs now. Emily Pierce

Appaling behaviour by the owner Melvin. Completely wasted about 5 hours of my time measuring and having my family come in to select colours and styles for a very large property. The owner complained about the time he has to waste in driving around and talking to potential customers, wow isn't that was businesses have to do? Also it is not professional to keep putting down your competitors. So we selected what we wanted and asked for prices based on certain rooms to which he refused and said he would only price for the whole house and offer no flexibility to what we might want from him and what we might want elsewhere. Eventually after wasting more of my time by going through some of pricing and making mistakes based on them not having taken the details correctly he decides he doesn't want the job and that I should go elsewhere. 3 other reputable blinds companies have been very accommodating and helpful which we'll now go with, but really quite shocked that despite trying to give an opportunity to a small local independent business, they just don't know how to conduct themselves professionally. CC blinds have a great range and no doubt offer quality products, just a shame they don't know how to be respectful and accommodating to customer requirements. No doubt they'll come back with some smart reply but I don't think there's much else to say on this matter!
