We recently ordered blinds for our home with Karen Blinds. The Pros: 1. Affordable- A discount was offered when requested allowing us to get the blinds within our budget. 2. We had an issue with our blinds and we were able to get them replaced. The cons: 1. Booked an appointment for someone to come out for measurements and no one showed up. When I called to ask what happened, the owner sounded like she didn't really care that no one showed up. I re booked and someone finally came out and took measurements. 2. We had issues with our blinds as they were made by a manufacturer and seemed to be poor quality. 3. Communication didn't meet my expectations- it was slow, I had to chase a lot and never had the owner take initiative to follow up. Overall I guess we get what we paid for. The price was reasonable for what we were looking for but customer service was below expectation.

Very helpful advice over the phone.Visits for the quote and fitting were on time and carried out professionally. Very happy with the end result- blinds look great!

Very fast and friendly service by the team at Karens blinds. Cannot fault my experience. Great quality blinds and great price!
