Plug In Bikes | Electric Bikes

Received my bike today 23/02/17. My husband put it together with me holding bits. It took about an hour. Could of had a better instruction book. I have found plug in bikes very helpful right from the start. I text them and rang them and asked questions beforehand. I rang late on a Tuesday to place order it was dispatched Wednesday and received it Thursday. Had a couple more questions after I took it for a trial ride, sent a message on their chat room and they rang me straight back. Although I haven't been out on it properly yet I am looking forward to it and would recommend Plug in bikes. Tina Pike

Absolutely love my Mirrorstone step through bike. Im 63 and had fallen out of love with our hilly terrain. The bike has enabled me to enjoy cycling again. In fact, I ordered a second battery as the range is about 30 miles and I wanted to go further! One star deducted for long battery delivery time - but this was made clear when I ordered it. Louis was very patient when I phoned to enquire about progress.
