Very poor Service, To be honest it was very bad experience. Staff don't have sense of talking to customer. One of the idiot staff was so rude to me when I went there. The problem was: 15 days before I went there to puncture my bicycle's tyre and they suggested me to have a puncture proof tyre and I agreed to them and it cost me 35 but after 10 days it was broken. I was like it would be a good if I went for normal tube and tyre but I was like, it happens leave it. But today when I visited them and to fix the issue as the tyre was of not good quality and it's there responsibility to fix it but guess what one of the member told me. "This shop is going to shut permanently" I was like, what the hell is this behaviour if you can't replace tyre then at least fix it but that idiot was being rude to me by saying something which makes you feel embarrassed. This was so annoying that I would suggest pls don't visit this place. I believe google should add option of negative ratings cause this guys deserve -100000

Went to buy 1 bike and bought 2. Was greeted by Sal and his staff on arrival, no hard sell, shown what I had gone for, Sal insisted that the bike was taken for a ride on the road to ensure it was what I wanted. I am so happy with the service provided I have recommended Sal to 2 other people already.

Broughy my lombardo electric bike here last week, everything on it now fixed, well happy with service here, will come back again
