Great communication and installation team of Cy and Zac were great. Very respectful of the house and very tidy. Bed is perfect!

Terrible delivery and customer service.Although we arrange the bed to be built it arrived in a flat pack. The driver just said that he couldn't assemble the bed for us as "his colleague didn't hear the alarm and was late for work" 1 Also the quality of the oak wood is not perfect and we had to hire a handy man to strengthen the bed frame. It way too expensive for such a low quality of both service and wood!

Great bed, arrived on time. Slats were wrong size but they arranged for correct ones to be sent which we received 2 days later. Excellent customer service, would definitely buy another bed from them.
