Bodycare is a brilliant place to shop for body essentials, they have a great customer service however. We were disappointed with how management left only one member of staff R00100597 (shows on my receipt) on the tills on her own whilst there was a queue of atleast 20 customers waiting innthe queue. I understand that it was just after xmas on the 27th of December but management should have the decency and common sense to make sure that whilst general store house keeping is necessary, they need to make aure that customers are served in an efficient manner. There were 2 staff members not doing much and the atore shelves were partially empty maybe due to the festive period, so I am sure there was not much house keeping to do. Were staff members given early leave for the day? A sense of team work needs to be more visible, regional manager needs to look into the matter and see how bodycare as a business can retain good business practice and a positive reputation amongst its competitors and customers alike.

Cheap prices however staff arent great and there is usually giant queues and only one person working at the till.

Don't waste your money and time! I ordered online on 9th October and should get delivery in 3days today it's almost 3 weeks and still waiting for delivery .I have emailed three times and keep getting same email please wait we working on your order Useless customers service!

A wide variety of products and good deals. They used to have a good collection of perfumes but not anymore unfortunately. The staff are very nice and friendly.
