        Terrible service, man named Bissat and his colleagues were extremely rude and disrespectful and swearing at me in their language that they thought I didnt understand all due to me asking to return something that was brand new. They will not accept any returns even if the receipt says so. Dont waste ur money here, if you are unhappy with a product they dont care.

        Staff follow you around the store and have no clue about black hair types.. they also got rid of the brighter braiding hair in bigger packets so Ill be looking to shop elsewhere
