Belvoir Aesthetics

Had my first appointment at Belvoir Aesthetics today and my first microdermabrasion facial with Chels. The girls were super welcoming and Chels was extremely informative about each stage of the treatment. Really enjoyed my first one & would definitely recommend - my skin feels fantastic! Thank you x

Great service and treatment. Shameema is really brilliant, I have had numerous sessions with her and she extremely professional and polite, highly recommend her!

I got the offer off Groupon and Scarlett was really nice and made me feel comfortable, the treatment was nice too. But few days later I broke out in eczema which became infected and was housebound for a week. Needed anti biotics and steroid cream. I would not get again for this reason only..hence 1 star rating.

Not friendly staff at all, was going to book botox and lip fillers at one session but later changed my mind regarding the botox and only got the lips done. The girl in reception whatever her name was, got really annoyed and almost wanted to force me into it. And bare in mind I was a regular costumer and had been done procedures at the clinic before. Besides, she was sitting in the room the entire time while the Dr. was doing my lips which I found extremely strange in the first place, she had nothing to do there what so ever and should've asked for my permission first. I got the feeling that she wanted to make sure that I didn't make any agreements with the Dr. that was hired in - outside of the clinic? Besides, I payed for what I thought was Juvaderm but got something completely different. Please ladies and gentlemen, always ask to see the pakage of the substance they are using before they start injecting. So many clinics use cheaper substances like Stylage or Revanesse instead of Juvaderm, or Azallure instead of BOTOX which is much cheaper variants. You spend the money and therefore have the rights to put some demands. Do also always ask to see the needle since some only put 0.5 but take charge for 1 unit. I dont recommend this place at all.
