My husband went here today for a hair cut by a trainee after seeing an add in the window for modals. Dispite being told the trainee could do mens hair, she clearly had never cut a mans hair before and did not even know how to use the clippers!! In the end another hairdresser had to take them off the trainee and do it herself. It took an hour to cut his hair and that was a dry cut. After all this they over charged him (as they had quoted a price when we booked him in) he told them they had quoted him a lower price but she insisted at the higher price and as he avoids conflict he paid up the higher amount. To which I was obvoiusly not happy with and rang to complain after the hairdresser argued with me about what was quoted she finally agreed to refund the overpayment and I then had to go and collect the money, which she said had just been a "misunderstanding" although it clearly wasn't. The overall outcome of the hair cut was ok but not very good. I would not recommend this hairdressers at all! Terrible service and bad haircut!

Went as part of a Groupon deal and still feel cheated. Wash cut and restyle and finish in 30 minutes. Hair looked ok but all it was was an expensive wash.
