Urte is the best beautician to have eyelashes done by. High standards, professional, clean and with an artistic eye she is able to create most flattering sets of eyelashes that will suit individual person. I have been using Urte services for over 3 years and not once been disappointed. Every time my lashes looks fab. Highly recommended. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Aneta

Had russian lashes done and they look amazing best I have ever had . would definitely recommend viva lashes .

I was booked to get my eyelashes done and when I had arrived To find car park I was told that she had moved from that place.... So she gave me her new address And it took me 25 minutes to get there. When I reached there she told me she would Still charge me 45 pounds but would only stop at 1 hour To which I replied I was not happy about. 1st she said she does not do them on a cancer patient And I explained and asked her how come start how come she had already done it had already done it on 2 occasions for me after knowing I am a cancer patient. She also said she would not give me my 10 pound refund Of the deposit I had given her Because I had arrived late. She said she had sent an email to all her customers and apparently had my email wrong. Even so she was quick enough To send her bank details and a note about to about refunds if you are if you are late to the appointment but she couldn't but she couldn't be bothered to put "please note my new address" to all the customers. We have been a loyal customer to this we have been a loyal customer to this lady for years but but she has no sense of customer Service any more, She is rude abrupt Only because she has now started to get more customers and more money coming in. I sent a message at the end telling her exactly telling her exactly how I felt and how rude she and how rude she has turned and also and also that keeping my 10 pound deposit 10 pound deposit isn't gonna make her rich But she's definitely lost a lot of customers from our end. 7 of my family of my family members and myself myself 8 in total use used to go to this lady regularly... This the last time I went I remember it was for a wedding I always have Russians But on this occasion she was OTT And it looked absolutely awful She did spend another hour trying to put smaller ones in but it just did not Look great at all. I I've found another brilliant beautician Who provides excellent customer service lent customer service and doesn't work in time doesn't work in time slots she works she works giving each customer.... so I won't be going to her ever again. I'm going to stick to this new Beautician I've already had my microblading done from her and lashes. READING YOUR REPLY PLS DONT TRY TO JUSTIFY YOUR RESPONSE AS YOU HAVE ALWAYS HAD MY WHATSAPP NO ON WHICH WE ALWAYS COMMUNICATED ON.....IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN YOU SECONDS TO REMIND CUSTOMERS OF YOUR NEW ADDRESS IF THEY DIDNT RECEIVE EMAILS
