Hi there, I usually have a really good experience with Xilah and have had my hair done many times with Azzy, but I wanna get my hair done again and lashes, but nobody is ever there to do the patch test and neither is anyone there to do the hair on a Saturday when customers are usually free Xilah is usually good I dont know what happened recently unfortunately, thinking to take my business elsewhere and its quite sad

I had some filler into my nose to help with symmetry as I have a cleft lip. I was previously turned away from another practitioner, elsewhere because my nose is cleft. However, this lovely lady took the time to see what she COULD DO instead of what she could not, with a more complex client. She knew her stuff!! And she made me feel comfortable. Also, I really appreciate people that dont shy away and tiptoe around peoples imperfections. She was honest and genuine with what she could do. I was SO pleased!!! I came away happy and returned for a little more 2 weeks later. Small differences matter! Ill definitely be back for future top-ups. Thank you, lovely!!!

I booked in for a cut and colour with Karen today and I had the best blow dry EVER! My colour was perfectly blended and I wasn't left with any brassiness at all. I am very paranoid when it comes to my hair because it's taken me so long to grow it to a length that I like. You know how some hairdressers will say they'll just do a trim and end up cutting off inches, this is not that place! When I told the hairdresser that my length is important to me, she dry cut my hair so that I could see exactly what was coming off. I felt comfortable and she was so gentle with a brush too, not yanking at me at any point. The head massage was AMAZING!!!! I would've have happily paid an extra 10 for it to last half an hour! The hairdresser is clearly so talented and what is so lovely, is that she is humble with it too. No request was too big and I know that I can be fussy when it comes to my hair! A 5 star experience and I will definitely be booking with Karen again. Thank you! Service: Hairstyling

I went for my first brazillian wax ever and was kinda nervous. The customer service was lacking as the woman was not really friendly or talked at allbut I guess for someone like me it was fine. She missed a couple of hairs so I wasnt completely smooth which bothered me im not sure if thats normal. Then she told me I had too much hair even though it was trimmed - I guess theyre just not trained here to expect people of colour with coarse (or wide spread) pubic hair so she just blamed me for the mediocre job lol.
