TSB Bank

I feel compelled to review and commend the staff at this TSB branch after my visit today. I arrived feeling very fazed, and was helped to solve my issue by no less than three different people during the hour or so I was there. They were all efficient, patient, kind, customer focused and happy to go the extra mile. I felt so grateful for their assistance and reassurance with something Id have sorted myself in an instant 8 years ago but is now the kind of thing I struggle with! Thank-you. I hope this branch always remains open, youre a great team!

A positive experience here.Dealt efficiently with my queries and tasks and fulfilled my goals where another Southern town failed everywhere to help solve my problems leaving me frustrated. On entry was greeted by manageress and passed to desk clerk who was polite and efficient.
