        I was at the branch twice trying to bring my documents to open a current account, but the staff there is not able to scan the documents in the right way. So I received a call from customer service and they said I need to go there again and give the instructions what they need to do. Is it even possible? Sounds like a very very bad joke.

        It's a bank what more can you say, except that it is easy to get to & has plenty of free parking.

        This company needs to revert back to a building society as its service is not to the standard of other U.K. banks. It was much better when it was little old alliance and leicester.
