        I have been using the HSBC branch at 160 Belgrave Road Leicester LE4 5AU for many years as a First Direct customer, and as a HSBC customer for three charity accounts. Over the years I have had great service every time I have been served by Yasin at the branch. Today I visited there to withdraw cash over the counter for the first time since the Covid lockdown. Yet again, I found him most helpful and attentive to my needs. I was really glad he was still there with his lovely smile and efficient manner! If there is an employee award for the best customer care representative I should really like to nominate Yasin to receive it as I have experienced consistent excellent service over many years!
