        Worst customer service ever had, i visit this bank today with my cousin. We wanted to setup his bank account online and then the old man who work for net West was talking rudely and told me to open his account in different banks. After 5 mins talking with him he send me to another staff and then they told me to come tomorrow!! NET WEST REALLY NEED TO REPLACE STAFF WHO IS BEING LAZY AT WORK.

        My nephew went in to pay some money hed raised for charity. The cashier was so attentive and made such a fuss of him; she told her colleague who also made him feel so special. They put together a bag of goodies and took a picture with him to post in their newsletter. Its great to see that this level of customer service does still exist despite the vast changes in the branches. Thank you Evington Rd NatWest.
