        Went there this afternoon for 1st time as my local branch has closed and was welcomed and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Sorted my query out. It was getting a bit busy as I was leaving but this is to be expected as more local branches close. Only issue was that if the NatWest website had been correct I could have dealt with the issue on the phone at home!

        Everyone I have dealt with was very helpful and they took the time to listen, on the last occasion I had blocked my card and had to go in branch to deal with a few large transactions, which they did after checking the proof I brought in.
