Needed a bulb fast, and Halfords was convenient. Good Price and the gent at the till was courteous and efficient. They need to ensure they have staff at the till as this time they wasted my time.

Bought a child car seat today, i.e 15th of April with a free demo. The demo was the only reason I bought the child seat from Halfords. But it was more of a free fitting than a free demo. The staff came, fitted the seat and was eager to leave without explaining anything. When the work was done and the staff was ready to leave, I asked few doubts about the seat, which was replied with single word answers impatiently. Halfords is a great store, 5 stars for it. But please don't brand a fitting as demo.

Though not all, a good number of staff there are indeed friendly and helpful. A special thank to the staff, Cameron, who is indeed passionate about his work and provides really good advice to my bicycle problems.
