        Really bad service. Item lost on delivery... Was abandoned at a strange address with no evidence of where. Slow to respond and even slower to recieve refund. Not happy! Still out of pocket and no item!

        Ordered what turned out to be wrong part, but delivered promptly. The speed of refund is what I give 5stars for. I posted the articles back and less than 24hours later refund paid. It is the type of company that deserves 5stars well done

        Shocking customer service and their manager is no better. Spent 5 weeks trying to get the right part from them. The manager might want to get some training done in how to deal with customers.

        Low cost parts with okay quality but considering the price is a fraction of dealer prices, around 20% is hard to argue with.
