Studio 31 have been massively supportive, knowledgable and managed to overturn our second revised planning application by great knowledge of the planning laws. Sunny worked with us for over a year from the original application to our revised requirements a year after the first application was accepted. the revised application has now been accepted and thanks to Studio 31 we can now begin our project. Sunny was extremly supportive and gave us great guidance and understanding during the whole process. would highly recommend to anyone requiring this service

I purchased a property at Auction and required pre-auction advice as well as Planning / Building regulations after purchasing the property. I would like to state that Studio:31 Architecture provided end to end support to the point I had fully developed the property. My experience with Studio:31 was the best so far in my experience of property development spanning the past 25 or so years. This firm has passion and actually cares about the client taking on board budget, resource and time constraints. I would only recommend Studio:31 for any Architect related work - they were more then happy to support me throughout the property development project right before the actual purchase.
