We had been considering the idea of an open plan contemporary and more unique layout of our existing dwelling. We did not want to move from here and opened to have the exiting re-moulded to our taste. After considering several options and speaking to many architects and architectural companies, we were advised to contact Gateway Architectural Design Ltd, based in Leicester. We are however based down south London. Any how after our initial consultation, over emails and phone calls, we finally went and commissioned Gateway Architectural Design Ltd, to carry out the project. The service received was superb always punctual and accurate, we discussed and explored various avenues available for the project, to the full and only when we were happy we approved the scheme for the go ahead and submit for planning approval. Once submitted the, the building control pack got underway with Gateway Architectural Design keeping us posted on every matter and discussing problems and solutions advising us through out and keeping us up to speed. We appointed Gateway to over see the whole project from start to finish and to manage the project on site liaise with the builders and local building control. To say that we did not experience any issues would be to lie as no project is 100% straight forward, yes problems arised and solutions were sought and actioned, with commissioning Gateway, we had a very smooth process and no stone was left unturned. Thank you Gateway Architectural Design for helping us and guiding us through the whole process and from start to finish in out project, we would have no issues recommending them to any potential people looking to have any sort of architectural work carried out. People stay away from this beginner, Hasn't a clue on what goes and what doesn't go when it comes to regulations! how he is allowed to call himself an architect is beyond me? Takes people money and does not deliver the goods! STAY CLEAR OF THIS MAN!

It started with my daughter's garden brick wall in Wigston crumbling through heavy vibration. Being in contact with Gateway Architectural Design Ltd. ( GAD ). Mr Kanti Gohil of GAD went to view the damaged wall then drew an accurate drawing of what we required. After a few drawing alterations at our request we eventually came to a drawing we could submit for Planning Approval. All through the few weeks of alterations GAD gave us their full co-operation and advice without question. GAD then submitted the drawings for Planning approval on our behalf. Mr. Gohil followed the progress and informed us of what was going-on all through the procedure to the final successful approval. We are extremely pleased with the work carried out, friendliness, understanding and co-operation by Mr Kohil. GAD comes highly recommended by us.

We commissioned Gateway Architectural Design for our home extension and alteration. They helped out from the beginning through every stage off the planning process and building control process. We never had any issues with this firm at any stage. They gave their commitment and more to help us achieve our goal of a superb extension and alteration work. All work has carried out professionally and above board with no hidden agenda. I guess you get what you pay for. If you want the job done right and correctly then Gateway Architectural Design Ltd is the practise to appoint. Therefore this poor review that has been written is not true at all, Gateway Architectural design will get the job done right and will get it passed. I would recommend this business to any one who needs extension, loft conversion doing or anything else they are a reliable business that will get it done for you.
