He put a useless planning application which was rejected. Did not bother to inform me. When i called him, he said we will have to reapply by changing the dimensions. Since then, after around 20 or so calls, he will not bother answering. Then i did a bit of research on this guy, and most of planning applications made by him have been refused.
Do your own research before you give him your money.
