        Mark came today (15/08/22) to look at my mum's cooker which was not working properly. He arrived on time, was polite, efficient and extremely kind to mum who was anxious about the whole situation. I would recommend this gentleman to anyone who has a problem. He charged no call out fee, just the cost of changing the element. Thank you for an excellent service.
