        I purchased 6 AU vodka bottles, then a day later purchased the Bubblegum flavor as a birthday gift for my wife which came with the AU glass. However, the glass was missing. After complaining VIP bottles said the offer must have ended even though it was still on their website. Please bare in mind you have 14 days in which to raise an issue. My wifes birthday was after 14 days, so she missed out. I spent over 200 with them but never again!! Stay away and use a more reputable company.

        Very disappointed. After receiving my order and payment, days after it was cancelled and reasons not given Customer service says " doesn't pass the test" What test? Can't explain Why wait for more than 24 hours to decline? I have to wait for 3 or more days for refund. How do I buy from elsewhere barely days to my event?

        Excellent service from these guys. I bought a large selection of spirit minitures which were all packaged individually for protection in transit. I highly recommend VIP bottles
