The installation was of my father's property but I dealt with the company on a day to day basis. The installation team are a credit to the company but the office team leave a lot to be desired. Incorrect paperwork was an issue from the start, no full site inspection was carried out so we decided what installation was best for us rather than being guided by the 'professionals.' They pushed a battery purchase 'because it was good to have' without really explaining what that means and whilst they are prompt at recovering monies owed they are not so prompt with the scaffold removal. The office team needs to improve, they need to pay customers more attention rather than just getting the job done. I wouldn't recommend them based on our experience but hopefully improvements can be made. Service: Installation

Renergy installed a solar panel system and EV charger for me. The service was professional, quick and the people are all very helpful. The system was up and running straight away after installation. We haven't had any issues since. The system has reduced our use of electricity from the grid by 95%. Well worth it. I would highly recommend Renergy Solutions. A good reliable local business. Renergy solutions have exceeded my expectations at every stage of my recent solar panel installation. From the initial quotation, that I received incredibly quickly, right through to the aftercare, these guys are amazing! The quote I received, whilst very slightly higher than another quote I obtained, was far better value with an additional 1.5kW of panels and a larger inverter. For me they were hands down the best value for money with a very comprehensive quote that I could understand. Renergy Solutions managed to fit me in for an installation super quickly, within a couple of weeks after accepting the quote the panels were in and I was generating my own power! The installation itself was smooth and painless. The guys that carried out the install were very professional, tidy, and worked incredibly hard. 2 installers managed to fit all 14 panels and get the system up and running by lunchtime in a single day, very impressive! Thomas, and everyone else at Renergy's office have been very friendly and helpful throughout the process and have always taken the time to answer my (often misguided) questions with patience. I cannot recommend Renergy Solutions enough. Absolutely fantastic company that I will happily recommend to anyone reading this review. 5 star company. Cheers! Steve. Service: Installation

" I had several quotes and surveys and I was a bit apprehensive about which company to choose. Renergy Solution Ltd came across as trustworthy right from the start, they quickly put my mind at rest and gained my confidence that I had made the correct choice. They were very reassuring and turned out to be great. From meeting the surveyor to the solar panels being installed everything went perfectly smoothly. All of the employees I met or spoke to were helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring and they were not "pushy" like some companies who offer money off if I sign the contract this week/month. They explained everything to me, answered all my questions and left it to me to make my own decision. Their quote I found very reasonable compared to other companies, at the end of the day the cost is a factor but above all else you want a good job done and that's what they do. Special mention of Thomas (Surveyor), Joanna (Finance) and Ben & Lewis (Fitters and Electrician), a great team and a credit to the company. They kept me informed of all the progress along the way and everything was done to schedule. No hiccups, a refreshing change nowadays.
