        I have been waiting 3 weeks for my Naproxen & I am in a lot of pain. I have called 3 times and marked as urgent but to no avail. It is the same woman who answers the phone every time but has a serious attitude problem & blatantly is not sending my meds. I wish Id read previous reviews before starting here. I am 74 years old & am practically housebound. This is a disgraceful lack of care. The surgery next door is by comparison extremely polite & efficient. They must be very embarrassed to be next door to that uncaring lot.

        Very long queue and no-one acknowledges that customers are waiting. To be fair though, very friendly when I spoke to someone!
