        Come here for a lump on leg and was greeted by lovely polite staff in reception and also the nurse that I saw was so gentle and eased my nerves... and also the parking is not ridiculous priced

        Needed to be seen today. Booked in, triaged, wound dressed and antibiotics given in under 30 minutes. Big thankyou to all staff for their dedication, attention to detail, and professionalism. Lovely people even under pressure.

        Called 111 for head injury. Got told to go to GWMH. Told arrive time 7pm. Walked through the door at 7pm to be scowled at by a nurse and told we can't see you tonight come back tomorrow. I said 111 had booked an appointment, she said we don't do appointments. She huffed and puffed and then said I'll check your blood pressure. She then said I was alright and to come back tomorrow. Head not looked at!
