I still think that these are the best soups on the market; indeed the roast chicken soup is just superb!.

Your soups are fabulous & deserve a really wide customer base. However, your packaging must be holding you back. While I'm sure all true Yorkshire people can rip the top off along the perforations with their little fingers, this effete Southerner can't get anywhere at all with it with all fingers - the plastic is far too robust. Kitchen scissors don't help either - too blunt. Luckily for me, I still have a razor-sharp carbon-steel Sabatier knife, from the days before the EU outlawed carbon-steel knives, and that's how I get in. But I think it's likely that many others give up the unequal battle and thus never get to enjoy your wonderful soups.
