Compass Construction & Driveways LTD

We had Compass Construction build our large garden annex from start to finish, they dealt with building regulations issues from foundations to building the structure. They also completed the electric's and plumbing first and second fix and finally decorating throughout internally. The level of workmanship was high and materials used were of a very high quality. Been living in this property now for 5 months without any issues. Both Charlie and Josh are polite, approachable and most of all professional in what they promise and achieve on such a big project.

Avoid this company at all costs. !!! The website is full of library images and not their own work!! The punctuality, workmanship and whole experience is absolutely appalling. Our resin driveway at nearly 9,000 will now need to be completely started from scratch. Please see photos showing how poor and bodged the work is. Josh and Charlie are so incredibly rude and disrespectful to you as a paying customer. They blame everything on the labourers Resin- is scrap and pulling off , laid by a 3 year old and so uneven. Its stained from pointing The Tarmac we also had done - embedded with pointing that cannot be removed and a binder course not even topped off! Limestone setts - ruined and laid so poorly they are also popping out of place . They glued them down to try and do a quick fix . Do not trust and do not believe a word these two say! They have had three attempts to rectify and each time they are incapable of doing it correctly Our neighbour had the exact same experience with their tarmac drive at the same time as ours was completed It ponds and is uneven , water now runs into their garage and house. Our next step is court Acton to seek our money back!
