        Such a shame that customers are unable to phone this company to enquire about availability of stock. The system whereby a customer emails the shop to ask questions is as useful as a chocolate fireguard, as nobody bothers to reply.

        I ordered 1st birthday cards for my granddaughter's. They didn't arrive and I emailed yesterday and today but had no response. All our other mail has been delivered in a timely manner. Very disappointed.
