        Capella Todd-Lloyd had a chat with my colleague where it was mentioned we would like a new member of staff to carry out certain tasks. This was to be a completely new Account Manager role for us and we were uncertain as to what sort of person we were looking for, with what skills and experience. Capella was straight onto the task and in hardly any time at all she got back to us saying she had the perfect candidate. Following a couple of interviews we knew that Capella had indeed worked her magic and the candidate was perfect for us. Capella listened to our albeit vague needs and saw through to what it was we actually needed. Lianne has now worked with us for several months and is firmly part if the SO Marketing family and I shall be forever grateful to Capella for the outstanding service provided and her true people reading skills. I would not hesitate to recommend Antelope Recruitment to anyone looking for the right staff.
