Had a problem with my sight on Tuesday afternoon and phoned for some advice. I was reassured and given an emergency appointment the following day at 10am. The optician I saw was a very knowledgeable young lady who meticulously checked everything with my eyes and suggested I my be having a migraine which was later confirmed by my Dr. The optician and the whole team were just brilliant and made me feel much better and reassured. I can't thank all of the staff enough for the excellent service I was given. Truly amazing.
