Working with the team at The Capture Factory was such a positive experience. I found them so friendly and easy to work with and felt that nothing was too much trouble. We explored ideas during face-to-face meetings, and when they showed me the final design for The Bridal Quarters, it reflected my brand perfectly. I received excellent training on using the WordPress content management system, and they were always available if I had queries or wanted to ask their advice. They were brilliant when I couldnt recall the process of how to add a blog post to my website, even creating a little video to show me how to do it step-by-step! I would highly recommend The Capture Factory to anyone looking to build an online presence that perfectly reflects their brand personality.

Elite Milking had a challenge with our old email system and needed help! The team at the Capture Factory transferred our emails from the old system on to an Office 365 business grade solution, compatible with MS Outlook which is so easy to use. The new system delivers exactly what we need. It was a hassle-free process and turned around within one day, and we didnt lose any emails from our customers. Our existing Moorlands Lawn Care website which was great at the time of creation did not reflect our growing professional aspirations for our business. Following our recent success in growing our new business, we asked The Capture Factory to re-develop and expand the site we currently had to cover our new range of services and bring a fresh new look and feel, along with developing our content. They did a brilliant job of the redesign, developing the content and reimagining our brand. This has helped give us a new business focus to move forward to our next stage of growth. We found The Capture Factory super to deal with and the whole process was very straightforward. It looks amazing! It reads fabulously well, the design ticks everything on our wish list and the interaction with functionality is now easy, swift and 100% accessible... we love it.
