        Beginning of the summer I purchased two dresses saved one for my 70th celebrations in Italy however was only able to wear the dress once as there appeared to be a fault in the fabric,the dress was returned back to the shop. The girls working in the shop were very apologetic saying they would speak to the manager. The girls have first class customer service skills unlike their manager who shouted at me down the phone because I had expressed my dismay regarding her dicission,accusing me of threatening her staff and her business which I most certainly did not. I have been a customer for a number of years and to be treated in that way was appalling,consequently I will not be returning to the shop ever again.
