TUI Holiday Store

I visited the Leek branch of TUI yesterday with a view of looking at holiday options this year travelling with my friend. Tracy very kindly invited us to her desk, whereby we told her what we thought to be a very daunting list of requirements and stipulations. Without hesitation holiday options came through, ranging from mainland Spain, Majorca and Tenerife. Nothing was too much trouble as she patiently scrolled through all the options. We eventually agreed on the package which suited all our requirements and subsequently booked. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Tracy at TUI to to assist and arrange any type of holiday you might ask for. Thank you for all your help. Dianne

All of our holidays are booked through Jade at Tui Leek. Over the years she has booked everything from beach holidays, to Las Vegas to numerous Disney trips. The type of holiday we enjoy requires a lot of planning and specialised expertise, Jade gave us various options and booked everything from the flights to the park tickets. It is always a stress free experience which is so important when travelling with a small human! We'd would definitely recommend Tui Leek.

The customer service we have received from Pat at this Tui store has been second to none. Its the first place we go when wanting to book a holiday and if any problems occur Pat always goes out of her way to sort them. Would definitely recommend

Visited Tui in Leek with quite a list of specific requests which didnt faise Tracy one bit . She searched and searched and found the perfect holiday for me and my friend and all needs were met .The team also contirbuted . They are all a credit to your company
