Myself & my Wife have used the Services of TF Travel for many many years both for our holidays & also when I have travelled abroad on Business. Andy, Jenny & the Team have always provided the highest standard / quality of service, nothing is too much trouble in helping us in the planning & arranging of our holidays & trips, they are without question absolutely "Top Quality" This was most definitely the case when we travelled to South Africa recently. We had a "Three Centre" location stay - Cape Town, Plettenburg & Pumba Game Reserve. The Accommodation, Transfers & personalised Excursions arranged by Andy were "Out of This World" especially the Game Reserve !!! Everything with the Resorts & Hotels were of the highest standard & our Tour Guides were so knowledgeable, professional & understanding to our requirements. Even when we experienced a problem with an Internal Flight with British Airways (Nothing TF could have foreseen) Andy was "on the case" and we could just enjoy our holiday with no concerns about the issue & he found us an alternative. Other people staying at our resort who had booked their holiday with alternative travel companies experiencing the same issue did not have the same piece of mind as ourselves & were left to resolve the problems for themselves, Now that's what I call looking after your client.
