        I dropped my phone. Not up on technology. My bill went from 30 after being talked into a new phone. 200 up front. Last bill 69. Won't be staying with ee after over nearly 25years

        Rubbish, unhelpful and made to look like idiots, only interested if you are going to purchase a phone otherwise You become a non-customer in the way.

        I recieved a phone call telling me I'm due an upgrade and wanting to talk about my upgrade options. After telling them the security questions for my account, I got told I'd have to come into store because my postcode must of been misheard or typed in incorrectly. I work away and can't immediately come into store, don't ring me multiple times to then be zero help and ask me to come into the shop if I want to upgrade. Absolute waste of time and minutes.
