        Called in to use up a 'reward' , staff rude and unhelpful I think because they did not understand the Shell Go rewards scheme. I also think she was trying to sort out some delivery or other and to sort out the driver of the huge van which was parked across the shop entrance , all this, in between 'serving' CUSTOMERS!!!!!! Come on guys you are making it hard to buy Shell petrol, you have got to want Shell fuel to go back to a 'service' station like this!

        Always go here for my fuel etc, staff r polite, friendly & can give advice if needed. It's a part of Bridgend nursery garden & fabulous shop to relax, eat, & enjoy checking out gardening items...with a rare smiling professional touch
