It is perfect, excellent quality, fit and the service is fantastic. For example, in original order we ordered a hat for my wife, as it was not available, they gave a discount on my hat. Not requested, but greatly appreciated.
My wife has today received her custom made Panama, less than a week from ordering. Again, fantastic quality. I cannot recommend this company enough. I can highly recommend Pachacuti - to see such customer service can only be praised.
