Good team work and very professional . The reception is very efficient , the approach seems to be inflexible but I think it's about fairness and I also had to get used to little in the way of chatting, basically because the team is getting on with the job ! Dental practitioners are obviously at greater risk of catching bugs so hygiene is paramount and it's in everyone's interest to follow the rules.

Unhelpful receptionist , wont see my 7 year old daughter whos woken up in agony and needs an emergency appointment . First said we hadnt attended for a while but took my number for when and if an appointment became available, then when I said Id moved 20 minutes away said we werent in the catchment so wont see her then said we had been deregistered from the system anyway due to not attending Cant be all three reasons and if it was the latter why take my number. Terrible, unclear and mixed advice, wouldnt be so bad but turning away a child in pain is awful, left me no choice but to find and pay for a private appointment .

I'm the worst most scared client ever, Mr Woodcock has the Patience of a saint lol so kind and has gas sedation that helps me get through treatments. Excellent dentist, the best I've ever been too!
