        Ok, this is going to sound gushing! Happened upon the shop whilst on holiday. I had been looking for a solution for a couple of months. Im not going to go into specifics as I dont want people taking the mick. All I can say is that they went far above and beyond what I would have expected. How far? I live in Kent but, when, my current e-bike dies, Ill be looking to them to replace it. Legendary!

        We've bought a number of bikes from this shop, and take our bikes here for a service too. We always receive excellent service. They're so very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth. What I particularly want to commend the owner on, is that he speaks to our children - not just to us. Most places ignore kids, or speak to them like babies. If only every business was as customer focussed as this one.

        Absolutely brilliant. We're doing a rather silly challenge cycling up to the mermaid pool every day for a year and needed a really quick turn around. Kevin was absolutely fantastic and sorted it all in a morning. The bike went in a wreck and came out like new - actually better than new as it never worked very well to begin with!
