The Scottish person on the Pharmacy needs serious training in customer service. I picked up my repeat prescription on the Monday but one item was not in stock and was told it would be in on the Thursday. I went in on the Friday and the Scottish assistant said it hadn't been ordered by the doctor, I explained to what I was told in the Monday and said it should be in the fridge, she said this item is not kept in the fridge, the pharmacist came and had a word with her and I heard him say yes it is a fridge rated item. She just turned to me and said it has not been order by your doctor so go back to the surgery. I am 81 and have mobility issued, but I walked the half mile to the doctor who told me it had been ordered and gave me a copy to show the pharmacy When I got back to Boots the assistant looked at it and said come back on Tuesday, there was no apology. I went back again on the Tuesday to find that the whole of my prescription 9 items had been repeated instead of the one original item that was missing, again no apology. This week I went for my repeat subscription to find that they had put it up twice, told by the same assistant I would have to take four month supply instead of two months. Again no apology. I worked in customer service all my life and if I had spoken to a customer like this assistant did to me I would have been out of a job
