Although, obviously no fault of the bank, it seems I also get stuck behind the customer who has a zillion things to sort out. And then, completely oblivious to me as I wait patiently, said customer proceeds to gab and gab to the ever so patient teller. I reckon a number of folks can relate to this.
Overall, an excellent bank.
