        I visit NatWest,Leek branch at least twice a month to make payments into my account. The staff are always helpful, polite and cheery despite the pressure and constant queue. I am extremely grateful that the branch is still open and will continue to use you for my banking needs. Thank you NatWest.

        Very poor service. There is only one cashier on & the manager (I assume) is floating around while a queue is forming out of the building into the street.

        At to give 1 star to post this review it's absolutely appalling service. The staff treat the customer's like unwanted objects that are just getting in there way of a social gathering. The manager should be ashamed of himself and Natwest should be ashamed of this branch.
