        Paul turned up within 24 hours of calling him. He quickly diagnosed the problem (caused by my own DIY incompetence) and with some simple changes to my aerial in the loft and some new cable my signal quality was improved from about 3 to 10. Cannot fault his service, knowledge and professionalism. 10/10 - just like my new signal quality. Wish I'd rang him 4 years ago!!

        Paul was fantastic. Despite it being a very windy day he replaced my old and unsafe ariel with a new one. Paul was thorough and explained everything, giving me a choice over parts where appropriate. He also sorted out a problem I had with the signal reaching the TV via a complicated booster box inside the house that i inherited from previous house owners. Brilliant service and great VFM.
