Home Instead - Leek and Moorlands

My dad started using the team in April 2018. As a introvert he was initially reluctant and resistant to the company whilst they looked after the house. However by the time of his death in October hed come to look forward to his daily visits from Cath and others. Daily visits that made life easier for him - having watched how quickly tasks were completed he realised hed struggled for too many years over tasks that others could be more easily. Allowing him time to do what he enjoyed rather than to just get by. It was comfort for us too, so many miles away, that he had the support needed and an extra pair of eyes able to highlight if problems occurred. Thank you

I had arranged live in care for my 47 year old daughter who has cerebral palsy and nocturnal epilepsy, and is a wheelchair user when on a group holiday in a large holiday house near Leek. We were badly let down by the carer provided, and in desperation contacted Home Instead. They could not have been more helpful, despite a bank holiday being involved. Not only did they cover, but the standard of care was excellent, so much so that my daughter was distraught when she had to say goodbye to the team who had helped her! I am completely unable to assist now, and am so very grateful to them for the wonderful support they gave us.
