I have attended several workshops, retreats and classes hosted by Kate. The experience has always been beautiful, and I always leave full of energy and positive vibes. Kate creates an environment that allows for human connection, a safe space for communication and expression, and an educational space for reflection and visualisation. The sessions hosted by Kate also provide the opportunity to meet amazing people from all walks of life making the sharing so much more enriching. I'm very excited for the events lined up for the coming year.

I have been into holistic therapies for quite a few years now and love trying new ones, which led me to Kate when she hosted an EFT workshop. Until that point, I had thought that coaching was just for sports people or CEOs. I didnt realise there are a whole world of coaches, like Kate, out there helping normal people become more of whatever they want to be. Kates coaching style called to me so I signed up to see if it could change the way I felt about myself and my life. We have worked together for two months and its been such an uplifting experience. Kates style is very gentle and encouraging but she makes you do the work. It doesnt make problems in your life magically disappear overnight but she helps give you new perspective and give you tools to stop the self-sabotage. It really has been a transformational couple of months for me. I feel so much happier in my own skin and it has made me feel excited for the future again so, if you are feeling like you have lost yourself, speak to Kate. She could just be the girl to help you find her again.

Loved my natal chart reading! Kate broke it down so simply but still included so much detail. Everything she said felt so relevant and I learnt a lot about myself. loved it!

I attended Kate's yoga and brunch on Saturday and what a fabulous morning it was. Kate's practice was beautiful, suitable for all levels, with a super cool playlist in super cool surroundings. Was followed by delicious food and coffee to die for. And to top it off, met some really lovely like minded people. Will definitely be booking on again
