        Everything about Sheng Yoga is what I imagine a yoga space needs to be; Welcoming, friendly, knowledgable, highly-skilled teachers and loads of different types of classes all day/week to suit anybody. I went to mens yoga on a Wednesday night and really felt the class really helped me towards building practical strength, flexibility and a calm mind. So ideal that it's right in the city centre as well!

        Fantastic classes with outstanding teachers. They are really attentive and classes push you but not to a level you are uncomfortable with. Teachers really know their stuff, and the classes are really inspiring and relaxing.
