        Came unannounced several times, climbed over our back garden gate when we werent in because they didnt tell us in advance they werent coming. Windows cleaned fine but I dont like the fact they climbed over our fence so we cancelled and they still came and climbed over our gate a further two times!! Other times they claimed they came when they clearly didnt (we have security cameras) - do not trust this company, they are unprofessional and untrustworthy
